By downloading, accessing, or using the Aurevia mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xfoton Apps ("we," "our," or "us").

AI-Generated Identification Disclaimer

Identification results are generated using artificial intelligence technology:

• No Guarantees: Identification accuracy may vary and is not guaranteed
• Expert Verification: Results should be verified by professional jewelers or gemologists for important decisions
• Estimates Only: Value estimates are approximate and based on available market data
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying information before making purchases, sales, or insurance claims
• No Liability: We are not liable for any financial or other consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated identifications
• Not Professional Appraisal: Our service does not constitute a professional appraisal or gemological certificate

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Aurevia for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including:

• Identifying stolen, illegally obtained, or smuggled jewelry
• Creating fraudulent appraisals or certifications
• Misrepresenting metal purity or gemstone authenticity for financial gain
• Using the service to facilitate fraud or deception
• Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or illegal images

Subscriptions and Payments

Aurevia offers subscription-based access to premium features:

Subscription Terms

• All subscriptions are managed through the App Store and subject to Apple's payment terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XFOTON APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Errors or inaccuracies in identification results
• Financial losses from reliance on valuations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
